Question:409 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the position with regard to the Belmullet sewerage scheme in County Mayo; when funding will be sanctioned; and the stage it is at. [24434/02]
Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
The Belmullet sewerage scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2002-2004 to advance through planning. I approved a revised brief for the appointment of consultants to prepare a preliminary report for the scheme last month.
