422 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if, in view of application for first-time buyer's grant by a person (details supplied) in County Kildare and the comprehensive replies furnished on 20 November 2002 by this person's solicitor to queries raised by his Department on 5 November 2002, he will take steps in view of the circumstances to have the grant paid out to this person; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Some documentation and information requested from the applicant on the 9 September 2002, was received in my Department on the 2 December 2002. However, additional documentation requested from the applicant, which is necessary to enable this application to be further processed, is awaited.
