Question:133 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will now make payments to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [25073/02]

The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 84.31 hectares. The person named will be paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme shortly. The person named lodged one application for EU special beef premium in respect of 19 animals for first age premium. The application has been processed to payment stage and payment will now issue. Payment of the ewe premium was made on 16 October and payment of the supplementary premium will be made shortly.
