188 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if all information electronically stored in his Department is adequately protected against hackers; if there have been breaches in this security; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25285/02]

All information electronically stored within my Department is adequately protected against hackers through the use of firewalls and security software. I can confirm that there have been no breaches in this security to date.
