135 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs his views on the principles outlined in the White Paper on the relationship between the community and voluntary sector and the State; the actual timetable for its implementation; if this budget still exists; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
