I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected and nominated as representatives and alternates from Ireland to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for the year 2003:
The representatives are Deputies Noel Davern, G.V. Wright, Jim O'Keeffe and Brendan Howlin; the alternates are Deputy Tony Gregory and Senators Jim Higgins, Brendan Daly and Paschal Mooney.
