112 Ms M. Wallace asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the number of vacancies arising on the board of Bord na gCon in December 2002; the percentage of females on the board of Bord na gCon; the percentage of males; and if he will rectify the percentage of female board members on Bord na gCon when he makes his appointments in December 2002 to meet the 40% commitment by the Government. The term of office of two members of the board of Bord na gCon will expire at the end of the year. There are no females on the board at present and I will consider all issues pertinent to the composition of the board when making appointments at that stage.
