Question:

118 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the State properties, both lands and buildings, in the ownership of his Department; the present use of same in each case; and if it is available for disposal. [26909/02]

The Department does not own any lands or buildings. State properties are held, generally, on behalf of the State, by the Minister for Finance and the Commissioners of Public Works.
