Vol. 559 No. 6

Written Answers. - Departmental Properties.

Bernard Allen

Question:

217 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the State properties, both lands and buildings, in the ownership of his Department; the present use of same in each case; and if it is available for disposal. [26915/02]

The following table shows a list of properties in the ownership of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the present use of same. Other than Castleview House, Manorhamilton and Shanganagh Castle, no decision has been made to dispose of any other property.

I apologise to the Deputy for the accidental omission of Castleview House in the reply to his question of 3 December 2002. The property is a residential house which had been offered for sale by public tender and for which a tender has now been accepted.
