36 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the provision of extra accommodation at Nano Nagle special school, Listowel, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26599/02]
Architectural planning for the provision of additional accommodation at Nano Nagle special school is at an early stage. My Department recently authorised the board of management to instruct its design team to progress this project to detailed design stage. I intend to announce my Department's overall expenditure proposals in relation to school buildings in January. In the meantime, it is not possible to say when individual projects will proceed to tender and construction.
