95 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the progress made on the approval of a REP scheme plan for a person (details supplied); if payment will be released; if a Department official will make contact with this person to resolve any issues in order that approval can be given and payment released; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application was received in my Department on 24 October 2002 and is being processed in accordance with the targets set out in the Protocol on Direct Payment to Farmers. Should any issue arise the applicant will be informed directly.
