Question:106 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the amount of grant aid which will be given to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [26947/02]

Subject to compliance with the provisions of the scheme concerned, grant aid will be paid in accordance with the Department's letter of approval of 16 August 1999 which provided for payment of a maximum grant of €9,975.85 to the person concerned on condition that the grant-aided works are completed by 30 June 2003.
