Question:230 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding his Department's offices at St. Munchins, Dock Road, Limerick, in view of these offices being sold. [1444/03]

While the St. Munchin's House building where my Department's Limerick office is located has been sold, the position in relation to the lease is that it continues for approximately six years.
I understand that the Office of Public Works is currently in a process of consultation with the developers, who have bought St. Munchin's House, about the future of the building.
