I propose to take Questions Nos. 695 and 747 together.

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that arrangements are being put in place in the Mater Hospital to facilitate the commencement of the Irish lung transplant programme in 2003. Revenue funding of €7.9 million has been provided in the current year to support the establishment of the programme, including the provision of appropriate assessment facilities required to support the development of the service at the hospital and the appointment of key transplant personnel.
