88 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding the independent review introduced by the South Eastern Health Board into the handling of a case involving one of its employees accused of sex abuse. [3026/03]

Responsibility for this review rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to consider the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
