I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the agreement establishing the Agency for International Trade Information and Co-operation as an intergovernmental organisation, signed by Ireland, in Geneva, on 9 December, 2002, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 25 February, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply."
