296 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Education and Science if priority will be given to the work required at Scoil Áine, Clondalkin village, in particular to repair the central heating system and fix the leaks in order that children at the school may receive their education without constant interruption due to lack of such basic facilities. Minister for Education and Science (Mr. N. Dempsey):

My Department's building unit has authorised the school manager to appoint a consultant engineer to report on the electrical and mechanical installations at Scoil Áine in Clondalkin. When this report is received and considered, my Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
