422 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of people who have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, theft or burglary; the number who have been charged for these offences for the towns of Bray, Wicklow, Arklow and Greystones during November and December 2002 and January 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I regret that it has not been possible in the time available to obtain the information requested from the Garda authorities. I will contact the Deputy again when the data are to hand.
