78 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Defence if all existing charges which resulted in the dismissal of a person (details supplied) from the Army will now be quashed, in view of a revelation that evidence given to the inquiry that resulted in the decision has been misrepresented; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As I indicated to the Deputy in my reply to Question 204 of 11 February 2003, it would be inappropriate to comment further in a situation where legal proceedings have been initiated.
