179 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the position regarding a redundancy tribunal hearing and decision for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who last heard from her Department on 5 November 2002 in regard to the hearing; and if she will make a statement on the matter. From inquiries made in my Department, the case of the person concerned will be listed for hearing by the Employment Appeals Tribunal during the week commencing on 14 April 2003. Three weeks notice of the date of the hearing will be notified to the person concerned.
