Vol. 562 No. 6

Written Answers - Autism Services.

Mary Upton

Question:

123 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 is not receiving funding to avail of adult support services; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6836/03]

Responsibility for the provision of services for persons with autism and those with an intellectual disability in the Dublin region rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to her directly.
