68 Ms Lynch asked the Minister for Health and Children when he intends to publish the report commissioned from a company (details supplied) on the GMS, which he received on 6 February 2003; if it is intended to implement the recommendations of the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The final draft of the Deloitte & Touche report of its review of governance and accountability mechanisms in the general medical services schemes was submitted to my Department on 6 February last. The document is currently being examined and it is my intention to publish the report as soon as possible.
