I move:
That Dáil Éireann, pursuant to the provisions of section 18(7) of the Competition Act 2002 (No. 14 of 2002), hereby confirms the Competition Act 2002 (section 18(5)) Order 2002 (S.I. No. 622 of 2002) made under section 18(5) of that Act, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 23 December 2002.
