527 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of properties in County Laois which are leasehold, in other words, subject to ground rents; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7730/03]
It would not be possible for me to state with any certainty the number of proper ties which are subject to ground rents in County Laois. However, I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the total number of leasehold folios opened in relation to properties registered in the Land Registry for County Laois to date is 2,670.
