Vol. 564 No. 1

Written Answers - Foreign Conflicts.

Finian McGrath

Question:

172 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will consider opening a book of condolence for all the people killed in Iraq; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8735/03]

It has not been the practice of the Government to open books of condolence in relation to conflicts. The Government does not intend to vary its practice in relation to the conflict under way in Iraq at present.
