115 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current status of the legislation which was promised arising from the Report of the Commission on the Private Rented Sector; when the private rented sector tenancies board will be established on a statutory basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Government's legislation programme 2003 indicates the target of publishing the Bill relating to reform of the private rented sector before the start of the next Dáil session. Drafting of the Bill is being advanced having regard to this timescale.
