195 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be provided with windows, doors and a new roof from the Western Health Board as per grant approval; when the work will be carried out. [9174/03]
As the Deputy will be aware, responsibility for the operation of the special housing aid scheme for the elderly rests with the Western Health Board in the case of Mayo. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply direct to him, as a matter of urgency.
