165 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the application by person (details supplied) in County Kildare for school transport for their children; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9545/03]

My Department has requested a report from the transport liaison officer, County Kildare Vocational Education Committee, in respect of the family concerned. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as this report has been received and assessed.
