Vol. 564 No. 5

Written Answers - Mental Health Services.

Dan Neville

Question:

247 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if those prisoners who are mentally ill with severe personality disorders are accepted into the Central Mental Hospital. [9626/03]

Responsibility for the provision of the services referred to by the Deputy rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked its chief executive to investigate the matter raised and reply to him directly.
