53 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Finance if he has received the report of the Brennan Commission on financial management and control systems within the health service; if he has brought the report to Government; if it is intended to publish the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have recently received the final report of the Commission on Financial Management and Control Systems in the Health Service. It is currently under consideration within my Department and I will, in conjunction with my colleague, the Minister for Health and Children, be bringing proposals to Government in due course.
