I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, it be an instruction to the Select Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources in the case of the Fisheries (Amendment) Bill 2002 that it has power to make provision for the charging of certain sea-fishing licence application, licence and other fees and of foreshore application and other fees.
