213 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the remainder of a TB reactor grant due since 1999 will be awarded to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12199/03]

The DVO has requested the person concerned to furnish an up to date tax clearance certificate on numerous occasions since late 1998. Payment cannot be processed until the required certificate is received.
