709 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if consideration will be given to the preliminary reports of Carrigaholt, Cooraclare and Labasheeda waste water schemes in County Clare that are currently with his Department; when approval will be authorised; when he expects the schemes to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Carrigaholt-Labasheeda-Cooraclare sewerage scheme is included in my Department's water services investment programme 2002-04 to commence construction in 2004. The preliminary report for the scheme submitted by Clare County Council is under examination in my Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
