Written Answers. - Proposed Legislation.
My legislative priorities for the current Dáil session are to complete all stages, with a view to enactment as soon as possible, of the Local Government Bill on the dual mandate, etc., the Licensing of Indoor Events Bill and the Protection of the Environment Bill. I also intend to publish the Residential Tenancies Bill, formerly listed as the Housing (Private Rented Sector) Bill, and the Water Services Bill.
