245 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if there is an education plan or an IEP for persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, both of whom attend the O'Neill Centre, Kilkenny; if an independent assessment can be arranged for each person to determine their educational needs from now into the future; if a full programme will be put in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
