Before calling Deputy Sargent, I take this opportunity to welcome to Dáil Éireann our parliamentary colleagues from the Parliament of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation who are in the Distinguished Visitors' Gallery. They are members of the Committee on Defence and Security and are led by their chairman, Mr. Vladimir Melnikov.
