203 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary was denied medical assistance that may have saved his life; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13470/03]

I understand this case has come to the attention of the inspector of mental hospitals who is currently making inquiries in the matter. It would not be appropriate for me to make any further comment at this time.
