153 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if a long-term care bed will be provided for the father-in-law of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14122/03]
Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Dublin 12 area rests with the South-Western Area Health Board, operating under the aegis of the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply direct to him as a matter of urgency.
