Question:

172 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a decision will now be made on a residency permit application by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12. [14077/03]

The person in question has an application for permission to remain in the State based on marriage to an Irish national. The application is currently being processed and only when all the aspects of the case have been fully considered can a final determination be made.
