188 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a visa extension will be offered in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14196/03]

My Department does not have a record of any application made in respect of the person in question. If the Deputy wishes to provide further information regarding the current immigration status of the person concerned my Department will fully consider the matter.
