268 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he will publish the details of the capital projects being initiated during 2003 by his Department and planned for the following four years; and the current estimate of the final cost of the projects in each case. My Department's capital allocation for 2003 of some €193 million will meet commitments carried over from previous years and new capital projects being initiated during 2003. It has not been possible in the time available to draw up a list of the projects being initiated during 2003. However, I will arrange for a list of such projects to be forwarded to the Deputy shortly.
My Department's capital expenditure programme for 2004-07 has not yet been finalised pending the outcome of the Estimates process and other budgetary discussions currently ongoing with the Department of Finance.
