Vol. 567 No. 7

Written Answers. - Visa Applications.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

235 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare can have their visa extended to facilitate their employer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15144/03]

The person in question should apply in writing to the immigration division of my Department which is located at 13/14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, clearly setting out the grounds on which he seeks to have his permission to remain in the State extended. On receipt of his request the application will be fully considered.
