321 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason the flooding problem at St. Fiachre's school, Beaumont, Dublin 9, was not resolved; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that it happened again recently; and if he will urge the authorities to resolve this public safety issue. Officials from my Department have been in contact with the school and it would appear that the problem is being caused from outside the vested site area of the school. Accordingly, the board of management should take this matter up with Dublin City Council.
