339 Ms M. Wallace asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received correspondence from a person (details supplied) in County Meath regarding the 45 students from Ashbourne, County Meath, who require a transport solution to be provided by his Department for September 2003; the options under consideration in his Department to provide a resolution to this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has sought a report from Bus Éireann regarding the transport position of the pupils in question. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as a report is received and assessed.
