425 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science his plans in regard to the increasingly urgent needs at Tiermoghan national school, County Kildare; if his Department will assist with the purchase of land on which to provide extra facilities required in 2003; his likely views on such a request; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The 2003 capital programme has now been published and full details with regard to individual projects are available on my Department's website at www.education.ie. The management authorities at Tiermohan national school applied for grant aid towards the purchase of temporary accommodation for the school. This temporary accommodation project was approved and is listed in section 12, primary, of the 2003 building programme. The budgetary allocation for 2004 and subsequent years will determine the rate of progress on applications-projects, including site acquisitions, that could not be included in this year's programme.
