515 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if the SEHB will pay maximum subvention in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if this person will be transferred from the nursing home in Ballyragget to a home in Kilkenny city close to their daughter and only family member; and if the request will be expedited. As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area is a matter for the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the health board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply direct to him, as a matter of urgency.
