125 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Education and Science the stage negotiations are at between the Department of Finance and his Department in relation to the provision of a multi-annual school building programme. [15821/03]

A submission has been made to the Department of Finance for a multi-annual financial envelope for educational infrastructure. A decision in the matter is expected shortly.
