Question:

77 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Health and Children the projects which are listed under the national development plan and the date of completion for each project. [16263/03]

Given the scope of my Department's NDP, it would not be possible to list all the projects under the plan for future years. My Department manages the delivery of projects, and commences new initiatives where possible, within the funding resources available each year. In addition, many smaller capital developments, amounting to significant minor capital expenditure each year, are undertaken by health boards at local level.

In relation to the current position, a range of major projects are in planning or are under construction across all health care programmes. These include, for example:
