113 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to reports that BNFL was seeking to increase the amount of radioactive waste, T99, being discharged into the Irish Sea; if he intends to seek an assurance from the British authorities that there will be no increase in the amount of radioactive waste being discharged into the Irish Sea; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
