252 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources his views on a statement by a person (details supplied) in relation to the urgency concerning the need for infrastructural development, be it communications, road, rail, electricity or gas, for regions such as Inishowen, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Subject to available funding, my Department will continue to support investment programmes in infrastructure and services to underpin balanced development in the regions, including the north-west.
